LOAF MAKER FMR – 600

Has a central chute (with adjustable wings) in order to center the pieces in the entry space for the conveyor belt.
-The rolling system for the pieces has been perfected, and minimum weight pieces may be used.

Because this is a medium sized machine, it has a high work capacity, thanks for its 600 m/m width. This makes our loaf maker one of the most competitive on the market.

Other features:

  • Conveyor belt: hard chrome.
  • Rolling weels.
  • Stretching grill and side covers enameled in white (or stainless steel).

LOAF MAKER FMC - 600 / FMC - 700

Two pass machine which adapts perfectly to any type of dough and work system. Good for manual work and artisans, or for an assembly line. Includes a series of flat centralizers with pre-spray roll to facilitate entry onto the belt using an easy manage system.

The rolling system for the pieces has been perfected, and minimum weight pieces may be used.

Other features: Conveyor belt: hard chrome.

  • Rolling wheels for easy placement.
  • Stretching grill and side covers kiln enameled in white (or stainless steel).
  • Retractible belt to reduce space once the work has concluded.
  • Manufactured in models with 600 width of rollers and 700, specially made for baguettes.

GRINDER

The grinder is designed to make breadcrumbs from dried or toasted bread. No cutting of the bread is necessary. Entire loaves may be used without saturating.

A head turns at high speed, which mills the product and expells it through a perforated metal sieve.

Each grinder comes with three different types of sieves (easily interchangeable) to get different qualities of breadcrumbs (fine, normal, coarse).

Because there are no plates or causes of friction, waste and breakdown are avoided.

 

REST CHAMBER

Small machine.

Static and very selective.

Its loading system automatically synchronizes with the divider.
Its entire capacity can be loaded (300 pieces), three-fourths loaded (225 pieces), or half loaded (150 pieces) through the selector.

This operation gives it advantages in regards to quick loading and unloading.

Unloading is controlled through a timer that adapts the speed to the user's needs.

It is quiet and easy to maintain.

Mounted on wheels, this allows for easier cleaning.

The bucket dumping system allows for them to be alternately loaded from both sides.

Reduced flour usage.
